Eric Kurland

Eric Kurland is an award-winning filmmaker, Director of the LA 3-D Movie Festival, and founder and CEO of 3-D SPACE, The Center For Stereoscopic Photography, Art, Cinema, and Education, a Los Angeles based nonprofit dedicated to the art, science, and history of stereoscopic images. 3-D SPACE operates a stereoscopic museum and educational center in Los Angeles.

François Serre

François Serre is the director of Courant3D Film Festival. He also works as “new technologies / New storytelling” curator for differents festivals (the Clermont Ferrand international short film festival, the Berlin Interfilm festival, …). Specialized teacher in new media and also short films and documentary film director, he owns a master’s degree in signal processing and a master’s degree in documentary directing. Sound teacher in « BTS Audiovisuel » at Lycée de L’image et du Son d’Angoulême (LISA). On a regular basis, François Serre carries out training missions in cinema schools in the United States, Africa and Asia.

Manuel José Damásio

Manuel José Damásio is Associate Professor and Head of the Film and Media Arts Department at Lusófona University, where he is also a researcher and member of the CICANT Board (Centre for Research in Applied Communication, Culture, and New Technologies). He has vast experience in consulting and production in several areas of audiovisual and multimedia production. He is the Chair of GEECT – the European Association of Film and Media Schools, a member of the CILECT Executive Committee and a member of the European Film Academy. Damásio is author of 3 books and more than 30 articles in international scientific journals with peer-review, on topics related to innovation in the production, distribution and reception of cinematographic and audiovisual content. He is the coordinator of the Film EU Alliance
